Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days within Sweden after the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Any free shipping offers will be shown directly on the website.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information if available.
Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Naturally, we will assist with any delivery issues that may arise.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages not collected within the carrier's time limit will be returned to us.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling for unclaimed shipments.
