Return Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or order confirmation.
If the product has been opened or used, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Damages and Claims
Always check your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and smoothly.
Upon approved claim, we offer either:
- A free replacement product
- Or a full refund including original shipping costs
To make a claim, you need to:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Send clear pictures of the defect along with your order number.
- We will send a replacement product at no extra cost upon approved claim.
- Refund or compensation will be processed within 14 days after the case has been approved.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
We also do not accept returns of:
- Personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the original product and then place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
